My path to agenting has taken me through advertising, publishing, brand strategy, and audience development. Before founding RXD Agency, I spent five years at Penguin Random House, where I served as Executive Director of Digital & Social Marketing, helping connect books with readers in an increasingly complex marketplace.
I founded RXD Agency in 2018 with the belief that successful publishing requires more than a great manuscript. The strongest author careers are built through a combination of storytelling, strategy, advocacy, and long-term thinking.
Today, I represent a select list of authors across fiction, nonfiction, and children’s publishing.
I am particularly drawn to projects with a strong commercial hook, distinctive voice, and the potential to create meaningful connections with readers.
I’m looking for propulsive fiction and compelling nonfiction. Books that sweep readers away through story, illuminate the world in a new way, or stay with them long after the final page.
