Founded in 2018 by Rachel Cone-Gorham, former Executive Director of Digital Marketing at Penguin Random House, RXD was built on the belief that authors deserve not just representation, but advocacy. After years working inside publishing, Rachel saw firsthand how critical it is for authors to have partners who understand both the creative and business sides of the industry.
